Heather Geis-Lensgraf M.D.

Heather Geis-Lensgraf M.D. studied with Laura Bailey, Hana Hoffman, and Maggie Clayton. She was strongly influenced by Diane Jackson and is currently in Samatua yoga teacher training with Karen Prior. “As a practicing psychiatrist, I am especially interested in yoga’s beneficial effects on the psyche and in cultivating mind body connection awareness. Yoga has been a powerful and healing force in my life, and I love to share it with others!”
